ibis Jeddah City Center

Great personnel who will go out of their way to try and get you an early checkin if you arrive early in the morning. Very helpful and friendly, we managed to check in around 3 hours before official checkin time. The hotel is located next to one of the best streets in Jeddah, according to our taxi driver, however the exact hotel location is a bit far from most things. There isn't much around, you most definitely need a taxi to get just about anywhere, including any of the malls and restaurants. As those are pretty cheap, it's not really an issue, just something to keep in mind. Price is great and hotel rooms are Ibis standard - decent, modern, not too adventurous or special, if you've ever stayed in another Ibis before, this is no different and you'll get just about the same experience here as anywhere else. The price is absolutely amazing.

First of all this property is not Ibis Jeddah City Centre, this property is Adagio City Centre. Rooms were spacious, location was good.

The Hotel location is great!! Close to all the landmarks and opening in Al Tahlia Street, which is one of the main roads in Jeddah where all the retail stores have outlets at. For shopping lovers, the hotel is very close to a number of shopping malls and outlets. Also, restaurants are just within walking distance. The hotel staff are really great, and I would like to take this opportunity to thank Saoud Al Harbi, who went above and beyond to ensure that I am happy and make my stay pleasant. I have to admit he succeeded in doing so. He constantly checked on me and was super helpful and decent; his Managerial skills are really impressive, and he was leading by example. The One Bedroom apartment was spacious well designed, and very comfortable, I simply liked everything about it. This Hotel will always be my home whenever i am in Jeddah :)

Comfortable rooms, complimentary waters and excellent ac! The location is perfect half way to airport 15min or old town. On the corner there is a convenience store perfect for snacks. My check in was average as I wasn’t informed about the facility such as the gym and not receipts were provided.

The cleanliness and quietness. The rooms were very quite and clean, chick-in and check-out processes were very easy. I didn't try any facilities such as the restaurant or the swimming pool but the lobby area was good.
